BD warrants to the original end-user purchaser of each new BD product that such BD Product hardware and components (“Product Hardware”), when used following the technical Spec Sheets furnished by BD, available with the BD Product or at http://www.smarthome.bluedigit.online (“Documentation”), will be free, in all material respects, of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (“Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and sets forth BD’s sole and exclusive liability, and the sole and exclusive remedies available about any nonconformity, defect, or similar claim.
This Limited Warranty runs for a period one (1) years from the date that the Customer purchases the BD Product from an authorized BD dealer (“Dealer”) as shown by an invoice or sales receipt for the Product Hardware (“Hardware Warranty Period”). The customer must retain the appropriate documentation as proof of the purchase date.
BD technical Team is a group of highly motivated and trained professionals, capable of designing and delivering solutions suited to specific needs. BD offers to customize the solutions based on requirements. BD team provides complete information in their pre-visit to the customers. The Solution Delivery Team ensures effective and efficient project management with a complete understanding of project design, product capabilities & limitations, project implementation plan, and project schedule. BD project team works in tandem with the Client’s project management team, initiates preparatory works, monitors dependencies, performs installation & commissioning ensuring on-time delivery of the project.
BD Post-Purchase Service Support Team understands the changing needs of customers and provides post-installation support in various forms such as Self Help (FAQ), Online Technical Documents, Email Support, Telephonic Support, and On-site support based on the severity of the issue reported.
